Tamika S. Harold, a results-driven, partnership-focused professional, serves as a Senior Consultant within the firm’s Outsourcing practice as well as Manager, Business Development. Tamika provides high value strategic human resources, thought partnership and operational support to the teams she supports while also successfully seeking new business opportunities, building & sustaining connections with existing clients, entering strategic partnerships, and devising other plans to boost profits and market share for the firm.
Tamika’s approach to delivering exceptional HR outcomes is a direct result of her extensive and diverse education and professional background within the nonprofit and corporate sectors. Combining her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree and work experience with her Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) degrees, Tamika provides excellent performance and high empathy to her clients. Over her career, she has led teams to record-breaking results.
Tamika believes in helping her teams reach their maximum potential and has a strong, People First approach to her work endeavors.
