Rose Andreottola, SHRM-CP, SPHR
Rose Andreottola, SPHR, SHRM-CP, brings over 10 years of strategic and tactical experience across the employment lifecycle. She has a track record of success in supporting national and international workforces in all aspects of talent management from talent acquisition to exit management. She is a trusted advisor and thought partner, and her passion lies with providing talent management solutions to the social impact sector.
Prior to consulting, Rose served as the HR generalist for a national nonprofit dedicated to children’s health, as well as a social service organization dedicated to seniors and individuals with disabilities in Greater Boston. She transformed the employee experience by leading projects and initiatives that optimized technology, improved communication, ensured compliance and streamlined operations.
Rose holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and has completed graduate coursework at Northeastern University. She also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and is a Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
Rose has volunteered with Greyhound Adoption Service, a nonprofit humane organization dedicated to finding loving, responsible homes for retired/rescued racing greyhounds, as well as Blue Ocean Society for Marine Conservation, a nonprofit organization that protects marine life in the Gulf of Maine through research, education and inspiring action. She is also a strong advocate for women’s reproductive rights. Rose lives in the Greater Boston area and enjoys traveling, cooking, natural wine, reading, live music and spending time with her rescue dog, Harvey.
