Nina Dixon
Nina Dixon works with clients to provide and implement data-driven compensation and benefits strategies using relevant labor market trends that are consistent with their rewards strategy.
Prior to joining Nonprofit HR, Nina worked as a compensation analyst and consultant collaborating with various clients in the for-profit and nonprofit industries delivering CEO compensation studies, market benchmarking, pay philosophies, salary structures, incentive plans and benefits analyses.
Nina holds a Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Management from Howard University, located in Washington, D.C. She will complete her Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resource Analytics and Management from American University, also located in Washington, D.C., in the summer of 2022.
