Nicole Cutts, PhD

Dr. Nicole Cutts has been coaching people to excellence for 18 years. She has consulted with and coached leaders and teams from nonprofit organizations, associations, non-governmental organizations and federal government agencies to Fortune 500 companies. Nonprofit organizations she has worked with include Bread for the City, Us Helping Us, National Park Conservation Association, Septima Clark Public Charter School, The Student Support Center, DC Primary Care Association, Walter Kaitz Foundation, National Committee for Quality Assurance and the Girl Scouts of the United States of America. She is known for making real and lasting connections with those she coaches and being a master facilitator who is warm and funny. Her approach is results-oriented and combines NeuroLeadership, Somatic Coaching techniques and Cognitive Behavioral Psychology with practical Leadership Coaching practices.

Nicole is also a sought-after media expert, frequently appearing on radio and television to discuss success, leadership and psychology. She is also the author of a series of heroine’s quest adventure novels and a former faculty member of The University of MD-Baltimore County Women’s Studies Department.

She holds a Doctorate (PhD) degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Multicultural Community Clinical Psychology, a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Howard University and received her coach training from the Center for Executive Coaching. She is also a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (District of Columbia).
