Michell Baker, MBA, PHR
Michell Baker, MBA, PHR, is a Senior Consultant who brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors and academia. She is highly trained in human resources thought partnership, strategy and implementation, organizational development and policy development, with success in the disciplines of talent management, HR compliance, employee/labor relations, performance management and policy development, board partnership, benefits administration and executive compensation. Michell specializes in talent management and organizational development.
Michell holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Washington Adventist University in Organizational Management. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Human Resources Generalist, Behaviorally Based Interviewer and Affirmative Action Administrator. She was inducted as a member by Cambridge Who’s Who among Professionals and Executives and by the National Association of Professional Women.
