Laura Dabkowski
Laura Dabkowski leverages over 25 years of progressive HR experience and knowledge, providing subject matter expertise, solutions delivery and coaching in consulting partnerships in for-profit and nonprofit organizations to address both strategic and operational needs. She is recognized for her collaborative, outcomes-focused approach which ensures that client strategies, programs and processes align to produce the organizational capabilities and behaviors necessary to achieve enterprise goals while delivering a compelling employee experience.
Prior to consulting, Laura served in several senior leadership roles across numerous industries with GE, ARAMARK and large nonprofit organizations. In these roles, she led and implemented talent management, development, advancement, engagement and inclusion strategies by planning, developing, evaluating and delivering end-to-end performance as well as development and change management outcomes, resulting in increased capability and high-performing, engaged teams within each organization.
Laura holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree in Organizational Development/Human Resources from Bowling Green State University. She also completed postgraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University’s Fox School of Business. She is certified in Six Sigma, Change Management (CAP) and Executive Assessment & Coaching. Laura and her family have a passion for serving in the community—both locally and internationally.
