Katherine Shershniov, CPA

Katherine implements, prepares and oversees financial reporting and accounting processes, provides assistance with creating and maintaining annual budget and determines business unit-specific financial needs.

A results-oriented, hardworking professional with excellent time management and organizational skills, Katherine is accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on research abilities, attention to details and liaising with team and clients.

Katherine graduated from William & Mary with Master of Accounting degree and started at one of the Big Four accounting firms, being exposed to incredible learning and career opportunities. Katherine received a CPA license and continued on to Marton Technologies, significantly changing the direction of the company by streamlining monthly closing process, successfully managing cash flow, reducing average accounts receivable days, identifying and resolving discrepancies with subcontractors and joint ventures, and eliminating multiple payroll runs and errors.
