Juliet Jason, MS
Juliet Jason, MS, is a Senior Consultant for the firm’s People & Organizational Strategy practice, partnering with clients to lead complex projects in various human resource disciplines. She provides strategic guidance, thought partnership, training and assessment to nonprofit clients in support of their missions.
Juliet is an experienced professional in industrial and organizational psychology with over 20 years of experience as an internal and external consultant working in the areas of human capital management, leadership development, talent management and development, change management, workforce research and organizational development. She has conducted these services for private, public and international organizations.
Prior to joining Nonprofit HR, Juliet served as a Senior Human Capital Consultant with ICF working on innovative, timely and high-quality organizational and workforce solutions and services on multiple projects with all levels of staff, primarily for federal clients. Juliet builds and maintains relationships as a trusted advisor, a great listener and an effective communicator. She supports well-being and engagement within teams and with clients by facilitating an environment of trust. Juliet works collaboratively with clients to translate their needs into tangible innovative solutions. With several organizations, Juliet worked on projects where she specialized in: competency modeling; talent assessments; process mapping; workforce planning and development; analyzing quantitative and qualitative data; and leveraging research findings to develop practical tools and recommendations.
Juliet holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore, Maryland. Juliet is originally from Kenya and pursued her Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems from the United States International University-Africa in Nairobi, Kenya. Juliet loves exploring the outdoors, especially hiking and running on trails.
