Hannah Booth, MA, MBA

Hannah Booth, MA, MBA, is an Associate Consultant on the Outsourcing team and assists clients on their day-to-day HR operations, programs and other projects. Her goal is to provide the firm's clients with value-add HR support and help them step into their fullest potential for success!


Hannah previously worked as the HR Director and sole HR practitioner at a mid-size construction company supporting over 350 full-time employees for the past three years. In addition to that, she worked as the Talent Acquisition and Employee Development Coordinator at the same company for one year. She has extensive experience in recruitment, selection and onboarding, workforce planning, performance management, benefits administration and employee relations. She has created multiple policies and procedures as well as implemented new HRIS technology in a company that never had it before. Hannah's passion lies in using evidence-based HR practices to help create the best employee lifecycle at a company. Additionally, she believes fostering an environment rooted in empathy, fairness and respect helps facilitate an employee experience designed for success.


Hannah received a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and HR Management as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Appalachian State University. She also holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from UNC Charlotte. Hannah loves being creative and runs a small photography/videography business in her free time. She loves capturing all sorts of special moments from weddings to newborns.
