Erica Miller
Erica Miller brings a combination of over 12 years of HR, management and nonprofit experience. As a consultant, she has specialized in onboarding, offboarding and talent management. Her passion lies in company culture.
Erica has worked as a consultant in the sunny San Diego area for the last three years. Prior to that, she worked as an HR Generalist in many industries (including mortgage, biotech and parking). Before discovering her love for human resources, Erica worked in the nonprofit sector for over 10 years, in a home and vocational training setting, most notably running group homes for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
In 2008, Erica received her bachelor’s degree in Human Development with an emphasis in Counseling Services from California State University, San Marcos. She later went on to attend CSUSM again 2014 and received her certificate in Human Resource Management. She is very involved in the community and has been an integral part of multiple foundations, helping to raise money for those in need. Erica’s favorite pastime is traveling—she’s been to 18 countries so far, with many more on the list!
