Enid Santiago Santos, MBA, SHRM-SCP
As a Consultant with Nonprofit HR, Enid Santiago Santos, MBA, SHRM-SCP, provides proactive and high-quality human resources support in a client service environment leveraging proven best practices to organizations seeking relevant, strategic, creative and innovative HR solutions that align with their organization and business needs. In this role, Enid is responsible for leading the development, execution and monitoring of HR goals, objectives and systems on behalf of clients.
Enid is a human resources professional with 14 years of progressive experience in multiple industries, the last five being in the nonprofit sector. Prior to joining Nonprofit HR, Enid was an HR Manager/Director for various nonprofit organizations serving as a strategic partner to senior management. She was responsible for all HR functions including compensation, compliance, organizational development, employee relations, benefits administration and more. Enid also served as an HR Consultant/VP of Florida Operations for a consulting firm where she provided HR expertise to multiple clients with a wide variety of needs, including compliance, audits, onboarding, HRIS and payroll systems, employee relations, investigations, and other human capital management and administration areas.
Enid has developed HR departments from the ground up, creating efficient and effective HR processes and procedures that help organizations provide an engaging employee experience from day one. Some of her other accomplishments include developing and implementing training programs that provide employees with the opportunity to learn and implement leadership skills and form part of the organization’s succession planning; developing and implementing processes for the entire employee lifecycle; streamlining HR processes and procedures by leveraging the organization’s HRIS and payroll systems; and developing and implementing compensation programs and procedures.
Enid’s education includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Kaplan University. She is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and holds the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace certificate from the University of South Florida. Enid loves learning and is currently pursuing a Juris Master with a concentration in Employment Law and HR Risk Management at Florida State University. Enid is also a member of her Sarasota-Manatee Human Resources Association where she serves as the Chair for the Diversity Committee.
