Danisha Martin, MBA, CSP

Danisha Martin serves as the Managing Director of Nonprofit HR’s Impact Search Advisors, Powered by OneDigital, where she leads the firm's retained executive and professional search practice with a focus on strategic growth, business development, and client engagement. In her role, Danisha provides strategic guidance to a team of consultants and specialists, ensuring excellence in every search engagement while fostering their professional development. She drives the recruitment of top-tier executive talent by developing and executing tailored search strategies, engaging directly with senior leadership and board members, and identifying candidates who not only possess the required skills but also align and enhance organizational culture. Additionally, Danisha is responsible for the practice's financial performance, increasing awareness, and nurturing key partnerships. Known for her inclusive and thoughtful approach, she crafts thorough and efficient search processes that serve as trusted guidance for leadership selection and succession planning.

Since joining the firm in 2019 as a search consultant, Danisha has leveraged her decade of experience in retained and executive search, talent acquisition, and human resources to lead high-profile searches for organizations such as the National Association of Black Accountants, Baltimore Children & Youth Fund, Zion Church, the Association of Maternal & Child Health Programs, and the Washington, DC Chamber of Commerce. She has spoken for CEO Update, neXco National and regularly presents online webinars. Her prior career included roles at leading recruitment firms, CitiFinancial, Pepsi Bottling Group, and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. She earned both a Bachelor of Science and an MBA in Human Resources from Florida A&M University’s Mobley School of Business & Industry and holds a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) credential through the American Staffing Association.

A connector at heart, Danisha is passionate about fostering high-impact leadership teams that drive meaningful change. Outside of work, she enjoys salsa dancing, roller skating, traveling internationally, and spending quality time with her family in Washington, D.C.
