Crystal Hemphill, MS
Crystal Hemphill, MS, is a performance-driven Consultant with more than a decade of experience in human resources management, training and employee relations. As a Consultant within the firm's Outsourcing practice, she works to advise nonprofit management on the administration of human resources policies and procedures, departmental assessments, training and performance management. She is dedicated to helping companies develop methods for implementing HR best practices.
She is the former HR Director of a locally recognized nonprofit organization where she served on the executive team and was instrumental in the advancement and success of the HR department. She has also served as an HR Director for a government contractor and specialized in compliance and talent acquisition. She has strong communication, interpersonal relationships, mentoring, negotiation and organizational skills.
Crystal is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and holds a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore. She also has her Executive Coaching credentials and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
