Carla Mazique, SHRM-SCP, SPHR
Carla Mazique, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a 30+ year human resource professional with executive, management and consulting experience in for-profit and nonprofit sectors. She began her professional career with Merrill Lynch, where she served in operations management and HR consulting. After leaving Merrill Lynch, she worked for a Management Consulting firm developing HR policy, writing procedures and delivering state-of-the-art training. As an HR Executive and Consultant, Carla has served as the strategic voice in Human Capital Management for several organizations.
Carla brings extensive expertise, having led all aspects of the HR function, including employee relations, employee and leadership development, compensation, benefits, performance appraisals, recruitment, retention, diversity, equity, inclusion, cultural transformation, change management and facilitation, in addition to leading administrative and information technology teams. Carla is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
