Bridget Schultz
Bridget Schultz is a Consultant with Nonprofit HR, advising some of the world’s most influential organizations on organizational change, leadership development and human resources processes. Her projects include working with senior leaders to develop internal communications plans for large organizational changes such as mergers and acquisitions as well as assessing HR practices to provide recommendations and action plans for improvement and adoption of change.
Bridget has over a decade of experience in human capital consulting. She spent over five years supporting international assignments as a human capital consultant with Deloitte Consulting and Capgemini Consulting focusing on leadership development and organization change management, including training and communications with Fortune 500 clients in many different industries. She has held internal HR roles in a few industries focusing on talent management, change management and organizational development.
Over the course of her career, she has helped organizations develop human capital strategies, advance leadership development programs and measure and support change around employee engagement. She holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from James Madison University. She has lived and worked in four different countries.
