Aimee Densford, MA, MBA, SHRM-SCP

Aimee Densford, MA, MBA, SHRM-SCP, is a Consultant within the firm’s Outsourcing practice. She supports clients throughout the entire employee life cycle, across a variety of industries, such as legal, nutrition, sustainability, media and education. Aimee has a proven track record of enthusiastically providing strategic human resources and operational guidance in areas including recruiting and staffing, employee relations, human resources information systems management, employee benefits, human resource compliance, performance management, training and development, and strategic planning. She appreciates the opportunity to practice human resources while supporting the missions of her nonprofit clients.

Prior to consulting, Aimee worked in the hospitality industry with experience in areas of recruitment, training and development, auditing, labor unions and change management. It has always been her goal to create and foster an organizational culture that will lead employees to feel successful and satisfied in their careers. She is passionate about building relationships with leadership and other partners in order to deliver value-add services to businesses.

Aimee holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a dual master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Appalachian State University. She is also a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
