KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive, results-oriented annual development plan that specifies targets and strategies, and lead staff to execute the plan successfully.
- Lead and manage a team of staff and consultants that raise funds primarily through major gifts, foundations, and volunteer donor organizing.
- Work with the Executive Director to strategically set annual revenue goals that grow and diversify revenue streams and align with the strategic plan.
