The Program Manager is responsible for the cultivation, development, and monitoring of program partners, Warehouse culture, and member experience. The Program Manager will drive the growth and development of current programming and find opportunities for cross-pollination within and across the Warehouse, its partner network, and the community. The Program Manager will drive the successful execution of the Warehouse programmatic efforts by ensuring that program partners have all needed information and resources.
This is a full-time position, and general hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 12:30pm-8:30 pm.; however, this position may require day hours and weekend work. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Program Planning and Strategy
- Develop and implement program objectives, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
- Define, assess, and manage program scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
Project Management and Quality Assurance
- Lead cross-functional project teams to execute program plans and achieve desired outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery and address unforeseen challenges.
- Ensure program deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Communicate program status, updates, risks, and the impact of changes to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Represent the organization in public forums and with donor agencies and foundations as required.
- Promote awareness of the agency and its mission in the community
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track program performance metrics and KPIs to measure progress and effectiveness.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into program status and outcomes.
