POSITION SUMMARY
The Chief of Staff provides critical leadership and oversight for internal operations, strategic planning, and external relations. This role supervises key team members, manages strategic initiatives, and works closely with the CEO and Leadership Team to ensure effective execution of organizational goals. The Chief of Staff will also support the Board of Directors and ensure compliance with governance requirements while proactively cultivating a values-centered culture.
Location: This is a fully remote position with occasional travel to Chicago, IL.
Benefits and Salary: The salary range for this position is $170,000 to $200,000.
