Nonprofit HR Staff Story
Nina Dixon
Joined Nonprofit HR June 2022
What attracted you to Nonprofit HR? I found my way to Nonprofit HR a bit untraditionally, through a merger. When given the option to join Nonprofit HR, I had heard many great things about the leadership and the firm. Ultimately, I was attracted to the diverse leadership, mission-driven clients, and the ability to expand my range of responsibilities in this space. What is your favorite aspect of talent management? My favorite part of talent management is helping my clients understand compensation programs. In the HR industry, I began working as a compensation analyst and quickly realized I felt very comfortable with the type of work I was tasked with. Having a background in data analytics, compensation is a functional area within HR that relies heavily on various types of salary data. Using data analytics and metrics to make recommendations for our clients that uncover key insights to improve their compensation programs has been rewarding. |
