What attracted you to Nonprofit HR? The work with mission-driven organizations is what attracted me to Nonprofit HR. Having worked at an international nonprofit before, it’s important to know my work is making a difference. What’s your favorite aspect of talent management? Everyone wins when talent management is done right. This pandemic has proven, once again, how vital HR is to an organization. I truly believe HR will continue to increase as the go-to strategic partner for organizations who wish to be around in the next 5-10 years. What’s a fun fact about you?
My ultimate goal in life is to own an animal sanctuary where I can take care of ALL the animals.
What was your favorite thing to do as a kid?
Read. I would go to the thrift store as a kid and walk out with 10-20 books for $3. You couldn’t beat it!
Which two people would you have brunch with and why?
Michelle Obama and Nikola Tesla. Michelle is an incredible individual and I would love to hear about her experiences, as well as discuss her arm routine. Nikola was one of the greatest minds to ever walk this earth. I would love to learn about what motivated him and his ultimate vision for humanity.
