What attracted you to Nonprofit HR? The work with mission-driven organizations is what attracted me to Nonprofit HR. Having worked at an international nonprofit before, it’s important to know my work is making a difference. What’s your favorite aspect of talent management? Everyone wins when talent management is done right. This pandemic has proven, once again, how vital HR is to an organization. I truly believe HR will continue to increase as the go-to strategic partner for organizations who wish to be around in the next 5-10 years. The needs of employees in the workplace have changed significantly, and HR will be leading the charge on not only meeting these needs, but planning for the future. his pandemic has proven, once again, how vital HR is to an organization. What’s a fun fact about you?
My ultimate goal in life is to own an animal sanctuary where I can take care of ALL the animals.
What was your favorite thing to do as a kid?
Read. I would go to the thrift store as a kid and walk out with 10-20 books for $3. You couldn’t beat it!
Which two people would you have brunch with and why?
Michelle Obama and Nikola Tesla. Michelle is an incredible individual and I would love to hear about her experiences, as well as discuss her arm routine. Nikola was one of the greatest minds to ever walk this earth. I would love to learn about what motivated him and his ultimate vision for humanity.
