What attracted you to Nonprofit HR? What’s your favorite aspect of talent management? How do you see HR changing in the next five to ten years? We are on the precipice of one of the most major shifts in workplace policy. In the next five to ten years, remote work will become the standard not the exception. As HR professionals, we need to help rebuild company culture with that in mind. “I love helping nonprofits achieve their missions through great people practices.”What was your favorite thing to do as a kid? I was lucky enough to live in Hawaii for a year. I learned a lot about what I am capable of doing during that year.
