Leading talent management firm aims to close data gaps and empower nonprofits

This new study seeks to gather insights from nonprofit leaders on their total rewards practices and priorities for the coming year. Despite the growing importance of this area, there remains a shortage of comprehensive data on nonprofit talent management practices.
