What’s your favorite aspect of talent management?

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging. It’s a thread that runs through every function of HR.

What’s the coolest thing you’re working on right now and why?

I’m learning my clients right now, meaning I get to start establishing great relationships and take inventory on how I can best support their diverse needs.

How do you see HR changing in the next 5-10 years?

I think DEI will be a function that more HR professionals focus on. Also, I’m hoping for a larger HR professional network to emerge that challenge others like SHRM.

What was your favorite thing to do as a kid?

Pretending I was Ariel from the Disney movie The Little Mermaid.

Michael Keaton because he’s Batman, of course, and RuPaul because he’s an icon.
