What attracted you to Nonprofit HR? The opportunity to work within the nonprofit sector and support impact-focused organizations through search and recruitment. What’s your favorite aspect of talent management? We people aspect of talent management keeps things interesting and dynamic. It’s so rewarding to work with mission-driven nonprofit organizations and support them through the recruitment of the highest caliber executives in the sector. What’s the coolest thing you’re working on right now and why? I’m supporting a faith-based religious institution as they grow their C-suite executive team. It’s awesome to have an opportunity to assist an organization in which the mission aligns with my core values and beliefs. The people I’ve met in the search process have been so inspiring. “It’s so rewarding to work with mission-driven organizations and support them through the recruitment of the highest caliber executives in the sector.” What was your favorite thing to do as a kid? Dance…and it still is! I grew up practicing ballet, tap, jazz, West African, hip-hop and other genres of dance. Now, my love is salsa, mambo and other Latin dance forms. I’m hoping to safely return to the salsa dance floor soon! What’s a fun fact about you? I’ve never met a beach I did not like! |
