The HR Certification Institute announced today the launch of Certified Voice, an online platform that will allow HR professionals who hold credentials from HRCI a way to connect with colleagues, engage in discussion and share their expertise, as well as learn from others and create new professional relationships.

The new platform will offer HRCI’s 120,000+ certified professionals the opportunity to easily ask one another questions and share insights on topics of interest to the profession, according to Bennie Johnson, chief marketing and global business development officer for the Institute.

“As the community of certified HR professionals around the globe continues to grow, Certified Voice is an excellent way for them to actively engage with one another regardless of location,” said Johnson. “This creates a rich learning environment, because, now, a professional who works at a multinational company in the U.S., Nigeria or China can learn from someone he or she may not ever have connected with before. The possibilities for idea sharing and the resulting professional growth are limitless with this new platform.

“Certified Voice is exclusive to certified professionals and is specifically designed to be a knowledge-sharing environment in which professionals ask questions and provide answers to one another. It is ideal for professionals who need advice about a particular work situation or for those seeking to find new ways of approaching issues facing them in the workplace,” said Johnson. “We are excited to offer this tool to our certified professionals…”

HR professionals who hold a PHR, SPHR, GPHR) or California certification (PHR-CA/SPHR-CA) credentials from HRCI can sign up to participate in Certified Voice here.
