As a Consultant at Nonprofit HR, you’re at the forefront of HR developments and can influence change in meaningful ways among our mission-driven clients.

As a Consultant, you’ll provide proactive and high-quality support for client engagements at various stages of their HR lifecycle. With the support of your Team Lead and fellow consultants, you’ll partner with our mission-driven clients to develop relevant, strategic, creative and innovative HR solutions that align with their organization and business needs. There’s never a dull day in HR, and this role will support client work independently and lead support staff on various client engagements.
