ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Vice President leads the property management department of Mission First, which includes the Maintenance, Compliance, and Resident Services departments. The Senior VP is responsible for the management of the multi-family residential portfolio of Mission First and oversees all aspects of property operations, including leasing and compliance, maintenance and capital needs, monitoring financial performance and ensuring that Mission First provides high quality services to its residents. The Senior VP is accountable for the performance of properties against approved property operating and capital budgets and is responsible for the development and implementation of property management, maintenance, and compliance policies and procedures that comply with all regulatory agency requirements. The Senior Vice President is a key member of the Leadership Team and collaborates with that team in furthering Mission First’s mission and meeting organizational strategic objectives.
