Executive Search Announcement for:
Chief Human Resources Officer, Chicago Commons
Founded in 1894, Chicago Commons was one of Chicago’s original settlement houses serving immigrants on Chicago’s northwest side. Today, Chicago Commons is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to partner with individuals, families, and communities to overcome poverty, discrimination, and isolation. To fulfill that mission, Chicago Commons provides high-quality early childhood education, family-centered adult education, and senior services to more than 3,000 individuals annually.
To ensure we continue to meet the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders, Chicago Commons has exclusively retained Nonprofit HR to assist in the recruitment efforts for its next Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The CHRO serves the organization as a strategist and thought leader, culture leader, change agent, and innovator taking a lead role in identifying organizational strengths, vulnerabilities, and opportunities. Equally critical is the CHRO’s role as a relationship-builder across the organization and within the executive team. Visit Chicago Commons online to learn more about their program and mission.
