KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Strategic Direction: Drive the organization’s vision and strategic goals, ensuring alignment with our mission to provide accessible mental health care to underserved communities.
- Strengthen DEI Integration: Implement and promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives across all organizational levels, embedding these principles in every decision and action.
- Oversee Organizational Growth: Manage and guide the expansion of services and programs, adapting to the evolving needs of the mental health landscape.
- Oversee Change Management: Lead the organization through periods of change, developing and executing strategies that ensure smooth transitions, stakeholder buy-in, and staff retention.
- Enhance Operational Efficiency: Streamline internal operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring the organization remains agile and responsive.
