Tina Twyman partners with nonprofit leaders to help advance their people’s goals and objectives by advising and delivering transformative, capacity-building compensation solutions. She is passionate about helping leaders transform talent and optimize teams through her work in Total Rewards. She can be found creating engaging content to train people managers, event speaking (such as at the SHRM Annual Conference or on Nonprofit HR webinars) or connecting with leaders addressing their most pressing compensation matters—whether it is salary administration, performance management, incentive compensation or competitive pay for staff.  

Prior to Nonprofit HR, Tina served for over 20 years in a variety of human resources roles in for-profit, nonprofit, international, small and large organizations in several different industry sectors. 

Tina earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School for Professional Psychology. She is also a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach–StrengthsFinder. Tina is also a member of World at Work.

When Tina is not spending time on client engagements, she is traveling, dreaming of working abroad or living as an expatriate, painting, practicing Bikram yoga, or spending time with her Bengal and other family.
