Since joining the firm in 2019, Danisha has played a pivotal role in identifying top leadership and professional talent for mission-driven organizations, leading high-profile searches for the National Association of Black Accountants, Baltimore Children & Youth Fund, Association of Maternal and Child Health Programs, and the DC Chamber of Commerce. With over a decade of experience in retained search, talent acquisition and human resources, she brings a strategic and inclusive approach to leadership selection and talent management.
