A resourceful place

Nonprofit HR’s Blog

In mid-March, Nonprofit HR conducted a Coronavirus Readiness Pulse Survey for the social impact sector. Its findings highlighted the agility of the sector’s organizational leadership and business preparedness practices. Over two-thirds of the respondents of our March survey indicated readiness to go virtual and the ability to accommodate an all-virtual workforce in the midst of sweeping stay-at-home orders. Roughly 80% also indicated that their organizations have developed employee communication needed to keep their staff informed. However, the impacts of the pandemic seem to change by the minute and the need for critical information is changing just as rapidly.

In an effort to inform the sector and its leadership, we are seeking input from social impact leaders regarding their coronavirus preparedness and response plans.  Completing the survey takes under 3 minutes to complete and its findings will help Nonprofit HR provide timely information and practical resources needed by social impact leaders at this time.

Rest assured that Nonprofit HR values your organization’s confidentiality and is committed to ensuring that your organization’s identity will not be disclosed as part of this survey process. Your entries, along with those of all other participants will be aggregated and shared with survey participants and the sector in an effort to better inform responsiveness decisions.

Thank you for your participation. We appreciate your time.
