Alix Guerrier is the co-founder and former president of LearnZillion, one of Fast Company’s 10 most innovative education companies in 2014. LearnZillion is an education software company aimed at providing teachers with curricula that allow them to meet student needs. Guerrier has nearly a decade of experience building and scaling a technology platform to support individuals and enterprises, and doing so by listening to its teachers and other stakeholders to iterate and improve.

Prior to founding LearnZillion, Guerrier was a Social Sector Office expert at McKinsey & Company, and before that, he was a math and science teacher and an investment banking analyst at CitiGroup.

Barbara Polk is a proven leader who consistently delivers exceptional results by deploying creative and cost-effective business initiatives. She is known for building high-performing teams. Barbara is an experienced business executive with more than 25 years of human resources, operations leadership and board governance experience. Her professional experiences spans multiple industries including telecommunications, software development, humanitarian organizations and associations.

Barbara works with Nonprofit HR clients in the capacity of Interim HR Leader (CHRO, VP HR) and facilitates client trainings in the areas of harassment/discrimination, DEI and leadership development.

Shelley founded Shelley Row Associates LLC following a distinguished 30-year transportation career. Her career as a transportation engineer started in 1984 when women engineers were few. She worked as a transportation engineer in Texas, California, Arizona, North Carolina and Georgia during the 1996 Olympic Games. She finished her career in the Senior Executive Service with the U.S. Department of Transportation where she ran a research program on “talking cars.” Shelley is widely known within the transportation community for her leadership, vision and organizational skills.

Shelley is a sought-after speaker with hundreds of presentations to her credit including for national and international groups from 20 to 1000. She appeared on live TV and radio.

Pia Wilson-Body is the Executive Director of Intel Foundation, where she oversees the Foundation’s approach for achieving impact and realizing the organization’s mission and goals. The Intel Foundation is active world-wide, awarding $40 million in grants each year focused on increasing opportunities for girls, women, and under-represented minorities, and supporting the philanthropic efforts of Intel’s employees in education, their communities, and in response to disasters around the world. She is responsible for the Intel International Science & Engineering Fair, the largest and most admired competition of its type in the world.
