Nonprofit HR is currently searching for an HR Business Partner to oversee strategic and operational HR client needs including talent acquisition and management, total rewards, performance management, employee relations/engagement, staff training, and HR technology.
The HRBP will work under the general direction of the Managing Director to ensure high-quality client service and guidance to both outsourcing and project-based clients.
Qualified candidates will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources management experience OR a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a minimum of 4 years in a similar capacity
- Experience working in the nonprofit sector preferred
- SHRM/HRCI certification
- Demonstrated knowledge of principles and practices of human resources management to include strong technical competency as an HR Generalist
- Demonstrated analytical ability and ability to look broadly at business practices to identify critical HR/talent implications
- Strong commitment to excellence and client service orientation, a high level of self-motivation and the ability to work fluidly alone as well as with a team is essential
- Outstanding interpersonal, presentation and communication skills including ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing to a wide variety of audiences including management, staff, boards of directors and other potential client stakeholders
- Demonstrated proficiency with all MS office applications and understanding of HR technology including HRIS and ATS
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial orientation and the ability to work confidently and independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
