We’re looking to immediately expand our Impact Search Advisors team by hiring a Senior Consultant, Search to respond to targeted and rapid growth achievement and goals.
The Senior Consultant, Search manages and serves as a trusted advisor on executive search engagements nationally and may handle some at the professional search level. This role is responsible for the successful closure of search assignments at the professional and executive levels, using unique search methodologies and strategies.
A FEW ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages retained executive and professional search consulting engagements and recruits, interviews, places, and achieves highly qualified talent for senior and executive level positions and serves as a point of contact for the firm’s HR outsourcing clients and consultants.
- Ensures name-gathering/sourcing phase is executed in a timely & efficient manner to expand and develop candidate pools for each engagement, and presents the client with detailed reporting to support these efforts.
- Recommends recruiting methodology, takes accurate position notes, writes and prepares candidate profiles, related reports and assessments for presentation to clients and provides appropriate briefings to maintain the integrity of recruitment processes and search engagements.
