Ready to lead recruitment outsourcing engagements every day?
In this role you can work closely with client leadership to understand needs and develop and execute strategies to identify talent, utilizing successful and unique search methodologies and strategies. The Senior Consultant works collaboratively across the organization to execute business development strategies and potential client relationships. They also represent the firm through public speaking engagements, participating in panels, and writing in their area of subject matter expertise. The Senior Consultant also coaches and mentors more junior staff within the firm.
This individual is a key contributor and mentor, ensuring a highly responsive, high-quality, client service experience.
A FEW ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Management and Recruitment Outsourcing Engagement
- Leads and manages high-volume recruitment outsourcing engagements. Screens, interviews, and recommends placements, and achieves and maintains a pipeline of highly qualified talent for client positions.
- Works collaboratively with the firm’s other practice areas to manage recruitment projects and cross business unit engagements.
- Recommends recruiting methodologies tailored to each organization/client, takes accurate position notes, writes and prepares candidate profiles, related reports, and assessments for presentation to clients, and provides appropriate briefings to maintain the integrity of recruitment processes.
Business Development
- Works in partnership with the Team Leader to execute business development strategies and tactics in support of the firm’s recruitment outsourcing strategies.
- Remains current with nonprofit sector news, trends, and developments to better understand clients and candidates.
- Manages and actively generates new client business with local, regional, and national nonprofit organizations by leveraging and/or offering relevant recruitment solutions; in collaboration with the Team Leader, to develop, and respond to requests for proposals.
Leadership
- Actively listens to gain an understanding of clients’ changing business and operational needs in order to identify opportunities to deepen the client engagement.
- Collaborates with Client Services Managing Directors to upsell and cross-sell client service solutions to ensure achievement of existing client objectives and firm revenue goals.
- Develops and delivers public speaking opportunities in area of subject matter expertise which aligns with Nonprofit HR’s marketing and business development strategies including client roundtables and firm-sponsored events and webinars.
